NYC developer planning mixed-use project in Alabama city

A live-work facility modeled after The Gulch in Nashville is coming to the Rocket City.

Rocket Development Partners of New York City plans to redevelop the former Coca-Cola plant on Clinton Avenue in Huntsville for a new mixed-use development, reports the Huntsville Business Journal.

The developer credits the city’s job growth with good wages, population growth and leadership team’s long-term plans for downtown Huntsville for the company’s decision to invest in the project.
